Description
Saint C Pure Coconut Vinegar is made from the sap of flowers of the coconut trees. The sap is allowed to ferment for 8-12 months, naturally turning it into vinegar. Coconut vinegar has a cloudy white appearance and a slightly milder taste than apple cider vinegar. It can add a touch of acidity to salad dressings, marinades, stews, soups, and warm dishes.
