Pepper Jack is based on pure soybean extract, formed using locally- sourced carrageenan, and enriched with local green serrano chilies and red chili flakes, for just the right amount of heat. Ingredients: Pure soybean extract, coconut oil, cassava flour, nutritional yeast, serrano chili, red chili flakes, raw apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, carrageenan, salt. Usage: Pepper Jack is a great all-rounder as it’s a hard cheese that slices, grates and melts. We think it’s the perfect cheesy topping to a vegan burger, as its spicy flavor lends a subtle sizzle to any dish. Can be frozen if the intention is to melt the cheese otherwise the texture may change.
